- How long does a program run?
- Nine to twelve months is typical. We set the length and the session rhythm around your year, so it fits the work your people are already doing.
- How big is a cohort?
- About 15 to 25 people works well. That's small enough for real conversation and big enough for good peer groups.
- Can it run across different locations?
- Yes. I've run cohorts with people in several countries, mixing in-person and virtual sessions so everyone can take part.
- What do managers do?
- Managers support the plan. Participants own their Career Growth Plan, and we agree at the start how managers stay involved.
- Is pricing on the site?
- Programs are priced per participant, and I'm glad to walk you through it on a 30-min consult.
